In cooperation with Nespresso

.. I prefer my coffee iced in the summer!

Jeg lovet dere oppskriften på Matcha latten, og her kommer den endelig! Siden det er sommer har jeg laget den med isbiter, slik at det blir iced latte istedenfor. Perfekt til varme sommerdager (ikke det at vi har hatt så alt for mange av dem i det siste, men jeg krysser fingrene for august ♥)

// I promised you the recipe of my Matcha latte and here it finally is! I promise you it’s so good! Since it’s summer I like to make it as an iced latte with ice instead. It’s perfect for warm summer days! Not that we have been havin too many of those in Norway lately, but I’m crossing my fingers for August..

· Ingredients ·

1 kaffekapsel (Intenso on Ice eller Nespresso Grand Cru)
3 isbiter (Nespresso har utviklet eget brett, perfekt til iced latte)
10ml sukkerlake (eller annen søtning, jeg dropper det)
0.8g macha grønn te pulver
50ml valgfri melk

1 one-cup coffee (Intenso on Ice or Nespresso Grand Cru)
3 ice cubes (Nespresso have developed they’re own perfect tray)
10ml syrup (or another kind of sweetener – I skip this part)
0.8g green matcha tea powder
50ml milk of choice

Brygg kaffe, rør inn matchapulver, tilsett søtning, isbiter og avslutt med melkeskum!
// Brew coffee, mix in matcha powder, add sweetener, ice and last but not least, add milk foam.
